The Minnesota Vikings return to the defensive side of the ball to add some depth at the linebacker position with their next selection in this 2023 NFL Mock Draft.

Dee Winters was a starting linebacker for the TCU Horned Frogs and had back-to-back seasons with 70 or more tackles. This past season he made more plays behind the line of scrimmage with 14.5 tackles for a loss and 7.5 sacks.

He is an athletic linebacker that has the potential to eventually take over as a starter for either Eric Kendrick or Jordan Hicks.

In the final pick the Minnesota Vikings add another player to their offensive line with the selection of Jordan McFadden out of Clemson. The Vikings have their starting tackles in place with Christian Darrisaw and Brian O’Neill but as they saw late in the season having depth is critical with O’Neill missing the end of the season with a calf injury.

McFadden is an experienced offensive tackle that should be able to step in as that backup swing tackle and be the first player to step in if either starter is forced to miss time.
