At one point, the Buffalo Bills were considered to have one of the most complete rosters in the league. They began the season with big wins over the Los Angeles Rams and Tennessee Titans and in total would win six of their first seven games

However, as the season went along this team faced adversity and injuries that seemed to take a toll and it showed in the AFC Divisional Round in their lackluster performance against the Cincinnati Bengals.

The Bills now turn to an offseason where they have a number of starters set to be free agents and a number of other positions that could use an upgrade. Depending on how free agency goes, these are four players that make a lot of sense for the Buffalo Bills in the first round of the 2023 NFL Draft.

O’Cyrus Torrence

The Buffalo Bills’ offensive line didn’t have an answer for the Cincinnati Bengals’ defensive line and this was one of the big reasons for the offense’s struggles. Josh Allen had little time in the pocket and the run game couldn’t get much of anything going.

I would suspect outside of left tackle Dion Dawkins, all the other positions on the line could be addressed this offseason. O’Cyrus Torrence out of the University of Florida could be an option for the Buffalo Bills at this point of the first round.

Torrence is a big, physical guard that does a really good job creating lanes for running backs. He won’t completely fix the run blocking for the Bills but would be a great step in the right direction.
