The Dallas Cowboys will also need to find a wide receiver to compliment CeeDee Lamb and give Dak Prescott more options in the passing game. They did draft Jalen Tolbert in the third round of last year’s NFL Draft but didn’t get much from him and this should be a position they address.

Josh Downs out of the University of North Carolina could be a good player to add to this offense and a logical pick in the first round. In the past two seasons, he had nearly 200 receptions, over 1,000 receiving yards each of those seasons and 19 total receiving touchdowns.

He isn’t the biggest wide receiver at 5’10” and 180 pounds but he is very elusive and has the potential for yards after the catch. As a slot receiver that can work the underneath routes, it would put alot of pressure on opposing defenses.
