The 2023 NFL Scouting Combine is the next big event in the NFL before free agency opens. When is it and where can we watch the major event?  The combine is such a huge event for so many.  NFL teams piece together their draft boards during this time.

On the other side, prospects are trying to elevate their draft stock as much as possible.  Unfortunately, no all players are able to do this during the combine, as some performances hurt their draft stock.

When is the 2023 NFL Scouting Combine, and where can be watch it?

As usual, the combine is held in Indianapolis in Lucas Oil Stadium.

This year, the combine will run from Thursday, March 2nd through Sunday, March 5th.

This long weekend features four different groups of players with the defense getting the first two days and the offense getting the last two.

On Thursday, the defensive linemen and linebackers take the field at 3PM, EST.

On Friday, the defensive backs take the field at 3PM, EST.

To kick off the weekend, the quarterbacks, wide receivers, and tight ends will take the field on Saturday beginning at 1 PM EST.

To finish it off, the running backs and offensive linemen take the field on Sunday at 1 PM, EST.

The drills will stay the same, and perhaps the most popular is the 40 yard dash.

Of note, the quarterback class this year appears to be a good bit stronger than last year’s, so I think teams that are in need of signal caller will surely have their eyes on this class, which includes players like Bryce Young, CJ Stroud, Will Levis, and Anthony Richardson.

There are 319 invited prospects to the combine, and they can be viewed here.

We can also view the general player schedule, which includes medical exams and team interviews.  That schedule can be viewed here.
