Zay Flowers, WR, Boston College

The Cowboys have never really targeted smaller, shiftier wide receivers instead opting for those who meet a certain size threshold. Whether it’s a change in philosophy or recognizing that there are a lot of talented players under six-foot, the Cowboys seem to be targeting Zay Flowers as a potential option at 26.

Flowers is an incredibly shifty receiver, who plays bigger than he is and has shown a knack for making big plays. Potential in this offense would be sky-high for Flowers.
