The Jacksonville Jaguars should take 4-3 rush pass rushing end Randy Gregory with the No. 2 overall pick in the NFL Draft. When picking this early, quarterbacks, pass rushers and left tackles are the way to start rebuilding an NFL team. The Jaguars just drafted quarterback Blake Bortles No. 5 overall this year and left tackle Luke Joekel No. 2 overall in 2013.

They even have a No. 1 receiver for Bortles in Justin Blackmon, whom they selected No. 5 overall in 2012, coming off suspension soon.  Put him with Marqis Lee on the other side and running back Toby Gerhart having healed his foot and the offense will be set. So the next foundational piece in the Jaguars’ rebuild is a pass rusher and Gregory is it as he’s the best player available too.

This could take the Jaguars a long way.
