Dante Fowler of the Florida Gators is a talented edge-rusher coming out in the 2015 NFL Draft. There are so many of them in this draft from outside linebackers to defensive end, you have to have something to separate yourself. Washington Huskies edge-rusher Hau’oli Kikaha led the nation in sacks this past season with 19.

Fellow Pac-12 edge-rusher Nate Orchard of the Utah Utes was right behind him with 1.8.5. But sack stats aren’t all the NFL personnel world is looking for as there are physical traits like length and speed. Nebraska Cornhuskers edge-rusher Randy Gregory has plenty of both, and he’s projected to be the first edge rusher of the board in the Top-5.

Missouri Tigers edge-rusher Shane Ray’s expected 4.4-40-speed has him projected to go in the top 10 himself. And right now, Fowler is projected to go somewhere in that top 10 too as evaluations continue. And Fowler just might be better than all of these edge rushers as he’s more versatile.
