1. Cleveland Browns- Luke Falk, QB, Washington State

The Browns are hoping that Robert Griffin III will have a career turnaround, but at this point it’s hard to feel great about his potential. If Griffin fails, Hue Jackson should be given a chance to work with another young quarterback.

Luke Falk is flying under the radar as a prospect but has all the skills needed to be a top-flight NFL quarterback. He has a strong throwing arm, makes good decisions and isn’t afraid to attack the deep part of the field.

2. Tennessee Titans- Myles Garrett, Edge, Texas A&M

Tennessee could go in a few different directions, but the best course of action is going with the best player available. Myles Garrett is a terror and makes life miserable for the opposing offense. He features an elite first step, excellent length and plays with a non-stop motor.

He could easily lead the NFL in sacks and quarterback pressures early in his career.

3. San Francisco 49ers- Deshaun Watson, QB, Clemson

It’ll be very interesting to see how the Chip Kelly era kicks off in San Francisco. This roster doesn’t have a lot of elite talent so the game plan will play an important role in the team’s success. The most glaring issue is at the quarterback position where both Colin Kaepernick and Blaine Gabbert have questionable futures.

Deshaun Watson has proven himself to be a strong leader who’s capable of running a high-powered offense. He looks like an ideal fit for Kelly’s system thanks to his ability to win with his arm, pick up yards with his legs and run an up-tempo offense.

4. San Diego Chargers- Cam Robinson, OT, Alabama

Cam Robinson recently got some good news regarding some off-field issues. This should help get his draft stock back on track which puts him in the top-5 mix. The Chargers decided to use their 2016 1st-round pick to grab Joey Bosa, but very easily could’ve drafted an offensive lineman.

San Diego needs to do a better job protection Philip Rivers who lacks the mobility to escape pressure. They’re hoping better health will prove they have a solid group already in place, but that seems like a pipe dream.
