Run Defense

The Jaguars definitely need to help middle linebacker Paul Posluszny with a defense that’s ranked No. 25 against the run. They brought in Chris Clemons via free agency this past offseason as the pass rushing end and he’s horrible against the run. He only has four sacks after 10 games and that isn’t enough for a player that doesn’t give you anything against the run.

Gregory is among college football’s leaders in tackles for a loss as he uses his length at 6’6″ to extend his arms to fight off blockers.  The 245-pounder just needs to get a little bigger and he has plenty of room on his frame to add muscle. Either way, he can help the Jaguars against the run right now because he is already better than Clemons is in that department.
