Bottom Line

Winston has made mistakes but it looks to me like the adversity from some of those mistakes has strengthened him mentally. We don’t know what happened on the night of question for which he just attended his student code of conduct hearing on. However, it was a mistake on his part for even dealing with the young lady that accused him at a random bar.

But the focus he has displayed after going to the hearing on the case is uncanny as he continues to lead his young men. So while he has shown all the physical ability you want from a franchise quarterback, he is showing the mental capacity too. To be able to have a great game when your team needs it the most to go to the playoff under such circumstances is huge.

And that’s bigger than his talents, especially knowing what he’ll be facing soon in the NFL.
