What I see
I most certainly agree that he looks the part of a long fluid, nimble dancing-bear, left tackle. With those long arms, he’s definitely going to touch his man first to have the advantage over who’s in control. And I have seen him stop many in their tracks while trying to bull rush him.
I’m not saying this just because he’s from Stanford either. He’s a smart player, knowing who his man is and picking up stunts. He really gets out of his stances and has a very fast kick-slide to get to speed-rushers too. What I like the most is his ability to recover when he’s initially beaten on a pass rush.
As far as all that leaning goes, I think the scouting world is cherry picking because he doesn’t do that often. He also does a good job on the second level in the run-game and on screens usually hitting someone on those types of plays. I’m going to cherry pick here too and say he’s an average run-blocker and I want to see him get meaner.
