What I See

Fowler is a terrific athlete and that’s why he’s able to be so versatile on the football field. He’s extremely strong and and anchors down when the opposing team runs the ball his way. And yes, I saw what the scouting world saw in his ability to get underneath and jack a tackle with a bull rush.

I don’t know what his 40-time is supposed to be, but he has great burst around the corner to the quarterback and long speed. He sheds blocks very well and doesn’t give up, so more times than not he’s somewhere around the ball. He also has a tremendous motor as he often plays like a wild man out there.

However, that wild man thing is a problem sometimes as he sometimes overruns the same play more than once. So I guess that means I agree with the scouting world’s take on him being undisciplined at times. He also needs to learn some pass-rushing moves and hand fighting techniques, as now he’s either going to bull-rush you or beat you with speed.
