The Raiders aren’t going to be able to pick up all the star receivers because they will likely get signed or tagged. And a much as I want to believe Ndamukong Suh is coming to Raider Nation, I have to hear something convincing about it first. But if the Raiders come out with a free agent period like this they will have done well.
There’s plenty of talent at receiver in the draft and the Raiders have some on the Roster that just didn’t get a chance in 2014. The key here is that the Del Rio wants the Raiders Raiders to play smash-mouth football and he’ll be able to get the guys that he could do it with.
For so long in Raiders history, no matter how good or bad the team was, they were physical. But for this last decade plus, not so much so I’m excited to see Del Rio bring that back to Raider Nation. So mark 2015 as the year the Raiders bring back their old brand of football and all they need from here is a good draft.
