The sky is not falling in Raider Nation because Cobb is going back to the Packers. To be honest with you, I would have been glad to get him but he’s not the only one out there. As a matter of fact, I would rather have Harvin, Maclin or both but either way, the free agency period didn’t end before it started.
There are plenty of other options out there and the Raiders don’t exactly have to get a receiver. Rod Streater was slapped with a second-round tender because he can play—he just got hurt last year. And I don’t suppose you guys forgot about the young man by the name of Kevin White that’s the next receiver superstar.
The real focus in free agency should be on guys like Ndamukong Suh, Mason Foster and Mike Iupati anyway.
Don’t worry Raider Nation, the Raiders still have a chance to grab some good players.
