With pick No. 20 in the 2015 NFL Draft, the Philadelphia Eagles selected receiver Nelson Agholor. Looks like Eagles head coach Chip Kelly doesn’t just like former Oregon Ducks, he likes the Pac-12 period. Agholor was rising up draft boards leading up to the draft so Kelly made sure he got his man in the first round.
This is a really good pick for Kelly as many would say he is vert similar Jeremy Maclin. So the Kelly’s need to replace Maclin, who just went to the Kansas City Chiefs this offseason, is no longer. Agholor was a third-team All-American and first-team All-Pac-12 selection in 2014.
He runs good routes with burst out of breaks to get adequate separation to present to his quarterback. He understands his position very well has he comes from a pro style offense, reqiring him to read defenses at times. And to go along with all that, he has the most important ingredient which is good hands.
Over second half of the year, he show that he is dynamic.
Agholor will go in an help the Eagles right away.
