10. St. Louis Rams- Mike Williams, WR, Clemson

Clemson’s Mike Williams isn’t getting nearly enough national attention. This is an extremely fluid athlete who is capable of consistently producing big-plays. His combination of size and explosiveness makes him one of the most dangerous receivers in the country.

He’d immediately become the most talented receiver in St. Louis. Williams is someone the quarterback can target even when in tight coverage because he always attacks the ball at its highest point.

The Rams need to find a way to have their offensive production match the defensive production. Adding Williams will bring them closer to that goal and thus closer to a playoff berth.
