15. New Orleans Saints (3-4)- Mike Williams, WR, Clemson

In-depth Scouting Report

The New Orleans Saints made an odd decision this offseason and took a major weapon away from Drew Brees. Losing Jimmy Graham has noticeably taken a spark out of the offense making the Saints a more run-oriented team. This was obviously by design but a strong running game needs to work hand-in-hand with big-play potential.

Clemson’s Mike Williams is a long and explosive receiver who can make plays down the field. His a smooth athlete capable of running clean routes and outpacing defenders. Williams has the length and leaping ability to be a major asset in the red zone. He’d be a great complement to Bradin Cooks who looks more suited to play in the slot.

New Orleans could also look to continue their defensive rebuild. Brandon Browner just signed a new deal this offseason but he’s getting to the back-end of his career. Bringing in a long-term replacement would be good forward thinking by the Saints organization.
