25. New York Jets (4-2)- Leonard Floyd, Edge, Georgia
The New York Jets are quickly establishing themselves as a true contender mainly thanks to the high level of play by their defense. However, Todd Bowles’ blitz-heavy attack was exposed by Tom Brady which is a major issues. Any road to the Super Bowl for New York will go through Brady and the Patriots.
A way to counteract this problem would be to add a skilled edge rusher. Georgia’s Leonard Floyd is still developing as a player but he has the length and quickness to generate pressure on the quarterback.
The long-term stability of the quarterback position is something to monitor and could make someone like Memphis’ Paxton Lynch an interesting option.
