20. Houston Texans: Laquon Treadwell, WR Ole Miss.
The Texans can’t believe their luck. They’re picking in the 20s and get a quality WR to go with Nuk Hopkins. Treadwell has great receiving skills, but his 40 time should drop him somewhat. If Treadwell posts a sub 4.5 40 time, then the perception of him will change and he’ll go in the top 10.

19. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Andrew Billings, DL Baylor.
Tampa needs someone good to run with McCoy in the center of their Tampa-2 defense. Especially if they’re not going to invest much in a couple pure rushing ends. Billings is an interesting under tackle at DT and is short enough to get under blockers while having enough power to move them out of the way.

18. Kansas City Chiefs: Jason Spriggs, OL Indiana.
Spriggs is an under the radar prospect who is also one of the few pure left tackles in the draft. Whether he will stay there in the NFL is a fair question, but he’s a good fit for a team that needs an OT either on the right and left. You’re going to hear Spriggs’ name more and more and he may go much higher than this. Reid would jump at this, even though he prefers beefier players on the offensive line.

17. Seattle Seahawks: Taylor Decker, OL Ohio State
The Hawks need someone who can smash a DE on a running play but also look better than Alvin Bailey or Garry Gilliam at right tackle. Decker can clear this low bar. He’s certainly not a left tackle in the NFL due to his stiffness, but he could be a powerful right tackle who gets help dealing with speed rushers.
