2016 NFL Draft Order.
In my previous articles looking at the potential 2016 NFL Draft order I used the updated ESPN power rankings. This week marks a change in that approach as we near the end of the season. It’s time to use records, winning percentage and the other factors that play a role in developing the final draft order.
With only a few weeks left in the season, the number of teams still in the running to land the No. 1 is still pretty high. There are seven teams with a records of either 4-9 or 3-10. The Tennessee Titans, Cleveland Browns and San Diego Chargers are those with the 3-10 record and thus in the best position.

However, each of these teams are playing at a different level right now. The Browns and Titans have put together some solid performances with thanks to their young quarterbacks. Marcus Mariota and Johnny Manziel have both shown promise while helping keeping their teams within striking distance each week.
San Diego is at the opposite end of the spectrum playing arguably the worst of any team in the league.
