1. player. 35.
Skill-position-wise, the Tennessee Titans have done well building around quarterback Marcus Mariota. They may still need a running back but receiver Dorial Green Beckham came on once he started playing. Tight end Delanie Walker is a matchup nightmare and No. 2 receiver Kendall Wright will be fine where he is.

But the Titans have to do a better job of protecting quarterback Mariota so he can stay on the field. The defense is solid too but Mariota was only able to play in 12 games, getting sacked 38 times. The four games he missed in 2015 could the difference in winning the wide-open AFC South in 2016.

So at No. 1 overall in the 2016 NFL Draft, the Titants race to the podium and select left tackle Laremy Tunsil. At 6’5″, 305 pounds, Tunsil has great feet and keeps himself balanced when he sets up in pass-protection. He also has excellent knee-bend and overall flexibility maintaining good pad level throughout pass sets.

Tunsil also has long arms that he uses well to keep defenders at bay and out of his chest. And to go with all that, he has quick, explosive hands that he’s technically sound in using. With this pick, Mariota could do what he does best—play within himself and stay mistake free.
. LT. Mississippi. Laremy Tunsil
