Each team has their own philosophy when it comes to free agency. Some GMs prefer to build teams through the draft, while others shell out the big bucks to build a powerhouse. Whether one system is better than another is debatable, but with teams shelling out hundreds of millions of dollars since Wednesday, the moves can certainly be eye popping.

The AFC North has been mostly quiet early on, but there are still moves to be made for the Browns, Ravens, Bengals and Steelers before the draft on April 28.
