2. player. 53.
Head coach Hue Jackson loves him some Robert Griffin III and believes he can do something with him. Sure, the Browns can still take a quarterback in the draft but it won’t be in the first round. The fact that the Browns signed RGIII is an indication that they don’t think there is a quarterback worth taking at No. 2 overall.

Jackson is the ultimate quarterback whisperer plus the Browns got him a throwing coach to clean up his mechanics. This sets the team up to simply take the best player on the board and to many, that’s Joey Bosa from right up the street. With all the quarterbacks they’ll be facing in 2016 the Browns can use a pass rush too.

Everyone talks about how long it’s been since the Browns have had a franchise quarterback. It’s also been a long time since they’ve had an edge-rusher that can get after opposing quarterbacks. If everythng works out with RGIII, the Browns will have a franchise quarterback, a star edge-rusher and a lot more wins going forward.
