Wide Receiver
Starters: Rishard Matthews and Dorial Green-Beckham
Backups: Kendall Wright and Harry Douglas

Tennessee signed Rishard Matthews this offseason to serve as the team’s No. 1 receiver. Matthews has a breakout year in Miami where he finally capitalized on his natural ability. Word is he’s having a strong offseason and is in line to see significant targets.

The rest of the receiving corps is a big question mark made up of inconsistent performers and unknowns. Tennessee needs either Dorial Green-Beckham or Kendall Wright to step up and reach their potential.

Green-Beckham is the biggest wildcard on the roster as he has the raw talent to be an elite NFL receiver. However, he is still a work in progress that needs to spend more time in his playbook and perfecting his craft.

Reports are that rookie Tajae Sharpe has been really impressive during the offseason and has a chance to crack the rotation. He’d like take over the No. 3 receiver role which at this point means Wright and Harry Douglass will lose playing time.

Tight End
Starter: Delanie Walker
Backup: Craig Stevens

Delanie Walker is one of the better pass-catching tight ends in the NFL. His presence is a major help for Mariota as he provides a reliable target who knows how to get open. He’ll again be a major part of the team’s offensive plan.
