Wide Receiver
Starters: Odell Beckham Jr. and Sterling Shepard
Backups: Dwayne Harris and Victor Cruz

There’s no questioning Odell Beckham Jr.’s talent and impact on the game. He’s a stud who is one of the most dangerous weapons in the NFL. The Giants need Beckham to continue to produce at a high level if they hope to make a playoff run.

They also need rookie Sterling Shepard to quickly adjust to the NFL game. He’s a savvy route runner who knows how to locate holes in the defense. Shepard is going to do most of his damage running short to intermediate routes.

The word is that Victor Cruz is healthy and ready to contribute. This would be a major development for the Giants because it would give him another offensive weapon while taking some pressure off of Shepard.

Obviously, Cruz’s health is still a fluid situation with the Giants aware that things could go south at any minute.

Tight End
Starter: Will Tye
Backup: Larry Donnell

Reports are that Will Tye is having a tremendous offseason and could be in line for more targets. He’s a good athlete who started to show potential late last year. Larry Donnell will also be part of the gameplan.

However, Donnell is extremely inconsistent in that one week he’ll have good production and the next he’ll disappear.
