42.
The San Franciso 49ers are rebuilding after playing in a Super Bowl with a young team in 2012. Then the 49ers and head coach Jim Harbaugh, had a “mutual parting of ways” and a mass exodus of good players. And now, Chip Kelly, who’s not popular among players, will coach the team.

The receiver corps the 49ers have coming back for 2016 isn’t exactly something to write home about either. So I don’t think we can blame quarterback Colin Kaepernick for wanting to get out of there. But since he was unwilling to take a pay cut to go with it he wasn’t traded.

So he’s going back to Kelly, who won’t commit to him as the starting quarterback over Blaine Gabbert. As much as I think that is wrong, that’s not the main reason why the 49ers will be so bad. It’s because Kelly is a slave to his system and won’t adapt to the NFL or it’s players.

Left tackle Jason Peters, whom Kelly coached with the Philadelphia Eagles spoke of going into games tired becaues of Kelly’s training methods. Put that together with an offense going three and out in just 30 seconds and their solid defense becomes too tired to win games.

I doubt his system and methods work in the NFL.
. (3-13).
