Myles Garrett. 1. player. 53. Cleveland Browns quarterback Cody Kessler didn’t look too bad on Sunday against a pretty good Tennessee Titans defense. Despite being sacked six times, he went 26-41 for 336 yards, two TDs, and on INTs. The offensive line didn’t protect him and he played well enough to win.
But since the Browns don’t have any kind of defense, the Titans pulled that one out. But the 2016 3rd-round pick let the Browns know that they don’t necessarily have to pick a quarterback at No. 1 overall. That’s a good thing because there are no Andrew Lucks in this draft.

There aren’t many that want to hear this but Josh McCown and Robert Griffin III are there just in case. So with the No. 1 overall pick in the 2017 NFL Draft, the Browns select, Myles Garrett, the sure thing. Garrett is the type of player you can build your defense and team around.

We don’t quite know that about the inconsistent quarterbacks in this draft class. Defense is what wins championships anyway and the offense doesn’t look like the problem. So the Cleveland Browns make this pick and make their move up the standings.
. EDGE. Texas A&M
