2. Minnesota Vikings – 5-1

The Minnesota Vikings came off a bye week to face the Philadelphia Eagles. Sam Bradford met with the team that traded him for the first time. In this game the Vikings didn’t look like the undefeated team they were before their bye. They were held scoreless in the first and third quarter and were only able to put up 10 points.

Bradford entered the game without a turnover and that changed in this game. He was sacked six times, fumbled twice and threw his first interception of the season. Bradford went 24 of 41 passes for 224 yards, one touchdown and one interception.

The Vikings defense forced Carson Wentz to throw two interceptions and gave up one touchdown in the loss. Special teams gave up a big play that resulted in a kickoff being returned for a touchdown. The offensive line is going to have to do a better job at protecting Bradford going forward if they want to continue to win.

On Halloween the Vikings travel to Chicago to take on the struggling Bears. This should be an easy win for the Vikings. The Bears should have quarterback Jay Cutler back. Cutler hasn’t played in a few games and will come back against one of the best defenses in the NFL. The Vikings will dominate the Bears getting another W in the win column.
