Here’s an updated look at a projected 2017 NFL Draft order based on the most recent results.

This latest version of my projected 2017 NFL Draft order  uses Jaclynkelli Kromeberg’s Power Rankings. The power rankings are used to get a base of where each team could finish the season. After that, a playoff scenario is developed to get the last 12 picks in proper order.

The 2017 NFL Draft is shaping out to be a really interesting event. Both the Tennessee Titans and Cleveland Browns have two 1st round picks. The picks they acquired via trade are starting to look better with the more games the Los Angeles Rams and Philadelphia Eagles lose.

This latest projected 2017 NFL Draft order features the Titans owning back to back picks withing the top-10.

Another major story line for this draft is the lack of talent at the quarterback position. It’s going to be hard for the teams picking early in the 1st Round to pull the trigger on the risky quarterback prospects heading to the draft.

There’s still some time for a player like Clemson’s Deshaun Watson, Washington State’s Luke Falk, Miami’s Brad Kaaya or Texas Tech’s Pat Mahomes to make a late push up draft boards.
