Leonard Fournette. 4. player. 52. For a few years now, the media has talked about the RB position being devalued in the NFL. But that was never entirely true as the players at the position determine the value of it.. And Leonard Fournette fits the description of an RB that you take this high in the draft.
At 6’1″, 230 pounds,. Fournette can make you miss when he wants but prefers to run guys over. Along with that, he has blazing speed, expecting to run his 40 in under 4.5 at the combine. The Jaguars need a strong running game to draw eight-man boxes for QB Blake Bortles to throw.
<div class=. RB. LSU

Bortles has a solid receiver corps and it looks like Branden Albert will be coming in to play left OT. The defense is already solid with all of the draft picks and free agency signings over the last few years. Fournette is ready to go to Jacksonville and carry the load immediately.

And I’m sure the Jaguars will continue to build their offensive line in this draft. So if Bortles can’t get himself on track and start winning games now, he’s not the guy the Jaguars need. But if he is, the Jaguars just might make some noise in the AFC South in 2017.
