3.) Cooper Kupp

A polished possession receiver ready to go from day one. Plays bigger than his frame. This guy just gets it. Primarily an outside receiver, he is at his best on in breaking routes,

A sudden, precise route runner. Doesn’t sell out where he’s going and out big-man’s corners off the line. Great hands, he’ll go up and get the ball like a stretch man down the field.

More from With the First Pick

Has a knack for making contested catches and dominates at the catchpoint. High points the ball exceptionally well. Knows where to go and is always on the same page as his quarterback when the play breaks down.

Is a much better athlete than advertised. Well above average speed and acceleration. He seems to enjoy the physical nature of the game. After the catch, he’s a hard man to bring down. He’s a crafty ball carrier with good vision. A very willing blocker. Occasionally returns punts. Overall, he’s a versatile possession receiver who is probably best suited as a high end second receiver.

Kupp did a solid job at the Senior Bowl which helped raise his stock a little. His performance at the combine will be another important step in the process.
