11. New Orleans Saints- Takkarist McKinley, Edge, UCLA
The Saints are committed to rebuilding their defense and that starts with finding someone capable of effecting the quarterback. Takkarist McKinley is an explosive edge rusher who has a knack for generating pressure.
12. Cleveland Browns (via Phi)- O.J. Howard, TE, Alabama
O.J. Howard is a special talent who will be a far better pro than college player. He has elite size, quickness and terrific hands. The Browns would have a major mismatch problem with him on the field.
13. Arizona Cardinals- Jonathan Allen, DL, Alabama
Jonathan Allen’s shoulder problems could be something that causes him to slide on draft day. We’ve seen players like Myles Jack drop due to uncertain injury issues. Allen likely won’t fall to the 2nd round based on some of the info circulating.
Arizona would be ecstatic if they are able to land a difference maker like Allen at No. 13. He’d be a nice replacement for Calias Campbell.

14. Indianapolis Colts- Sidney Jones, CB, Washington
Indianapolis needs to focus a lot of their draft attention on improving the defense. They could use an edge rusher, but Sidney Jones would represent more value. Jones is a potential No. 1 corner who knows how to create turnovers.
15. Philadelphia Eagles (via Min)- Dalvin Cook, RB, Florida State
Philadelphia addressed their need at the wide receiver position by signing Alshon Jeffery and Torrey Smith via free agency. Those two will be a major help for Carson Wentz, but the Eagles still need to find someone to carry the football.
Dalvin Cook would give the Eagles an playmaker in the backfield capable of scoring every time he touches the ball.
