32. Larry Fitzgerald has settled in nicely in the slot and has a couple of more good years left. Depending on his protection, QB Carson Palmer has a couple of more good years left in his career as well. Giving him a true WR1 out wide would be good as all he has is speed WRs out there now. <p>Corey Davis is the perfect candidate to go in, learn from Fitzgerald and take over as the WR1. At 6’3″, 209 pounds with 33-inch long arms, Davis is a big target that provides a large catch radius. He also does a good job of stacking opposing CBs and tracks the deep ball well, making him a deep threat.</p> <p>He won’t run a 40 this offseason due to an ankle injury but he does have functional playing speed. Davis showed some route-running skills to create separation between himself and opposing CBs in 2016 too. And he’s money in the red zone, coming up with 50-50 balls over defenders with regularity.</p> <p>Davis could go in and have a profound impact on the Cardinals offense from Day 1. And with the defense the Cardinals have, they could become contenders again in 2017 after making this pick. The window is closing for Palmer and Fitzgerald so the Cardinals have to do something soon. </p>. WR. Western Kentucky. Corey Davis. 13. player
