31. Zay Jones, WR, East Carolina

Original Big-Board Rank: 56

Zay Jones has as much upside as any receiver in this draft class. His combination of size and speed give him the ability to develop into a No. 1 target.

32. Jalen Reeves-Maybin, LB, Tennessee

Original Big-Board Rank: 57

Reeves-Maybin is an explosive athlete who plays with a great motor. He’s the type of linebacker who can make plays from sideline to sideline and hold up in coverage.

33. Carlos Watkins, DL, Clemson

Original Big-Board Rank: 58

More from With the First Pick

Watkins has more raw talent than a lot of players in this draft, but his production was very inconsistent. In the right situation he could be one of the bigger steals in the draft.

34. Ryan Anderson, OLB, Alabama

Original Big-Board Rank: 59

Anderson isn’t a flashy player but he always finds himself around the football. He’s someone who will contribute on all phases of the defense.

35. Fabian Moreau, CB, UCLA

Original Big-Board Rank: 60

Moreau is another bigger corner back who has some solid ball skills. He needs do be a more consistent player but has tons of upside.

36. Derek Rivers, Edge, Youngstown State

Original Big-Board Rank: 61

Rivers is oozing with raw talent and could quickly become one of the bigger steals in the draft. He’s a long and athletic edge player who could fit at outside linebacker or defensive end.

37. Dan Feeney, G, Indiana

Original Big-Board Rank: 62

Feeney is a powerful interior offensive lineman who quietly goes about his business. He has enough movement skills to hold up well in pass protection. This isn’t a sexy prospect but someone who get the job done.

38. Bucky Hodges, TE, Virginia Tech

Original Big-Board Rank: 64

Hodges is a projection at this point in his career but has the athletic profile to be a difference maker. He’s more of a big receiver than a tight end which could limit his overall versatility.

39. Chris Wormley, DL, Michigan

Original Big-Board Rank: 65

Wormley is someone who does the dirty work along the defensive line. However, he has flashed the ability to generate pressure on the quarterback.

40. JuJu Smith-Schuster, WR, USC

Original Big-Board Rank: 66

Smith-Schuster had a very productive college career but didn’t test as well as expected through the draft process. However, he still has the size and natural pass catching ability to be an impact player.
