Nick Chubb, RB Georgia: Had Chubb came out as a Sophomore he would have been picked in the first round. Last season his production slid back a little due to an off-season knee surgery.  Georgia fans were excited to see Chubb come back for his senior season. The trend in running backs has been come out after their junior year.

More from With the First Pick

Chubb is a balanced runner. He has great vision and can reed the defense with quick and accurate vision. Chubb is like a ping pong ball bouncing off defenders with ease.

Nick will need to show he can progress from last seasons injury. Had he came out last season he probably been a late second round pick at worst, so he doesn’t have that much to prove. With the new emphasis on the run game Chubb will have the opportunity to throw himself int he first round.

Chub is a strong back, his running style reminds me a lot of Ronnie Brown from the early 2000’s. Chub has a strong upper body and an even stronger base. He is a little shorter than Barkley and Guice,  His height allows him to hid behind the line and confuse defenses.

This season will be all about Chubb showing he has his speed back. If he is able to look for him in the mid to late first round of the upcoming draft. A team like Seattle looking for a bell cow to replace Marshawn Lynch would love to have a player like Chubb.
