He recently received additional medical information that gives him a chance to get back on the field. Due to a loophole in his free agency situation, Orr can sign with any team and is not restricted to returning to the Baltimore Ravens.
His age (24 years old) and production should create a huge market for Orr. He’s someone that could be a building block for a franchise if he’s able to remain healthy. That is a big “if”, but it appears that he has found some medial evidence that it’s possible.

A healthy Orr would be a major addition for a linebacker needy team like the Detroit Lions, Indianapolis Colts, Oakland Raiders and Philadelphia Eagles.
The Colts are one team to keep a close eye on as they have made several similar signings this offseason. New General Manager Chris Ballard has added a lot of depth and talent on the defensive side of the ball. The majority of those signs can be considered under the radar moves.
A good example of this is the Johnathan Hankins singing where he waited until late in the free agency period to get a deal done.
