The NFL regular season hasn’t started but it’s not too early to predict the 2018 NFL Draft Order.

Predicting the 2018 NFL Draft Order is a fun but fluid task. It’s especially difficult this early in the preseason. However, one of the benefits for predicting the order is that it can be used to complete mock drafts.

This version of the 2018 NFL Draft Order is based on ESPN’s most recent Power Rankings which were released on August 15th. The order uses the rankings and factors in a playoff scenario to get an accurate picture.

More from With the First Pick

2018’s draft should have an interesting 1st round with the Buffalo Bills and Cleveland Browns both having two picks. The Browns own Houston’s 1st round pick from the trade that landed DeShaun Watson in Houston.

Kansas City traded their pick to the Bills in order to move up to land quarterback Patrick Mahomes. The predicted order has both of these traded picks landing outside the top-15. Obviously, the Browns and Bills are hoping these picks are much higher.

The battle to land the top two picks will be important as teams eye potential franchise quarterbacks Josh Allen and Sam Darnold. At this point, these two are thought of as elite prospects.
