New 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan comes in having directed one of the top offenses in the NFL as offensive coordinator with the Atlanta Falcons. However, he doesn’t have the kind of weapons on offense he had with the Falcons. Also, the 49ers reside in one of the toughest divisions in the league, the NFC West. I think the 49ers will make progress this season but they will still struggle win games in 2017.. . . San Francisco 49ers. 30. team. 42

Chicago Bears. 29. team. 57. The Chicago Bears have two new quarterbacks in Mike Glennon and rookie Mitch Trubisky. Glennon has won the starting job and if he plays well early on he could solidify the job for the season. However, Trubisbky looked good in the preseason and if Glennon should struggle, then Trubisky will become the starter. But it might not make a difference who starts as the Bears reside in the NFC North, one of football’s toughest divisions. The Bears will be better in 2017, but it remains to be seen how much progress they’ll make.. .
