9. New Orleans Saints

The New Orleans Saints defense showed signs of improvement for about 5 minutes of their game against the Minnesota Vikings. However, they reverted back to their old ways by allowing a string of big plays.

It didn’t help that the Saints offense couldn’t stay on the field thanks to offensive line problems. This team needs to make some major adjustments before things spiral out of control.

10. Buffalo Bills

Buffalo got a solid win against the lowly New York Jets. However, this doesn’t mean they are ready to compete for a playoff spot. The Bills made plenty of moves during the offseason that signaled they in a rebuilding phase.

However, they could sneak out a few wins based on the raw talent of LeSean McCoy and Tyrod Taylor.

11. Washington Redskins

It was a terrible opening game for Kirk Cousins and the Washington Redskins. This is a team that has playoff aspirations, but looked out of sorts against the Philadelphia Eagles. Maybe their struggles have something to do with the instability projected from management.

12. Cincinnati Bengals

The Bengals blowout loss to the Baltimore Ravens came as a complete shock. This is a team that has enough talent to be considered a legitimate playoff contender. Andy Dalton may have just had an off day. Or, the massive turnover along the offensive line could be an issue.
