5. Indianapolis Colts

The Indianapolis Colts looked a little better with Jacoby Brissett under center this past week. However, that could have something to do with playing the overrated Arizona Cardinals. The truth is the Colts aren’t going to get many wins until Andrew Luck is fully healthy.

6. Cincinnati Bengals

Things have really fallen of the rails for the Cincinnati Bengals. Their offense is a complete mess and Andy Dalton isn’t the main reason. This team is having problems along the offensive line and in the running game.

You would think a team with Gio Bernard, Jeremy Hill and Joe Mixon would be able to establish a solid ground attack.

7. Jacksonville Jaguars

The Jacksonville Jaguars defense will make them more competitive this year, but the offense is still a problem. This offense just can’t find a rhythm with Blake Bortles under center. Unfortunately, the Jaguars are stuck with Bortles for at least the rest of this year.

8. Los Angeles Rams

This might be a little high for the Los Angeles Rams who have played some solid football. They have shown more offensive potential with Sean McVay calling plays for Jared Goff. It may also help that the NFC West looks like a weak division at this stage in the season.
