5. Chicago Bears

The Chicago Bears have finally turned to Mitch Trubisky as their starting quarterback. He will have his share of growing pains, but he can’t be worse than Mike Glennon. Look for the Bears offense to look much different with Trubisky under center.

6. Miami Dolphins

The Miami Dolphins look like a very uninspired football team. Jay Cutler is playing like a guy who spent the offseason relaxing on the beach. Adam Gase is a good football coach who isn’t afraid to make drastic changes in season. This week could be the last opportunity for several players to prove themselves.

7. New York Jets

The New York Jets have to be one of the bigger surprises in the NFL. They really don’t have a ton of talent on the roster but are finding ways to win. Josh McCown is providing stability at the quarterback position which has allowed the defense to play aggressive.

This isn’t a team that will be in the playoff hunt at the end of the year, but it’s nice to see them play some solid football. Jets fans might see things differently as they are still hoping to find their franchise quarterback in the 2018 draft.

8. Los Angeles Chargers

It’s amazing to see the NFL’s decision to move the Chargers to Los Angeles already look like a major mistake. This team is struggling to fill their small stadium and have found the TV ratings to also be low. The team has some talent, but is playing well below expectations. Unfortunately the situation doesn’t appear to be getting better anytime soon.
