9. Jacksonville Jaguars- Connor Williams, OT, Texas
I considered slotting Mason Rudolph at this spot but instead gave the Jaguars an elite left tackle prospect. This move would allow Jacksonville to shift Cam Robinson to right tackle and plug Connor Williams in on the left side.
Jacksonville is such a tough team to figure out because on paper they shouldn’t be picking inside the top-10.

10. Cincinnati Bengals- Mike McGlinchey, OT, Notre Dame
Mike McGlinchey moved up my Big Board a few spots making him a candidate to be a top-10 pick. He’s a very underrated athlete who features the size and balance to succeed at the next level. The Cincinnati Bengals are having some offensive line issues which has hurt the consistency of the entire offense.
11. Baltimore Ravens- Derrius Guice, RB, LSU
The Baltimore Ravens are a team that wants to run the football but lack a great option in the backfield. LSU’s Derrius Guice is the type of running back capable of being the focal point of the offense. He is also a versatile player who can catch passes out of the backfield.
12. Arizona Cardinals- Mason Rudolph, QB, Oklahoma State
Carson Palmer’s career is coming to a close and the Arizona Cardinals don’t have a long-term replacement on the roster. Mason Rudolph features a strong throwing arm, good mobility and the ability to make good decisions.
He isn’t afraid to stretch the field which would fit in perfectly with how Bruce Arians wants to operate his offensive attack.
