21. Dallas Cowboys- Christian Wilkins, DL, Clemson

I’m probably a little low on Christian Wilkins, but that’s because I haven’t done much tape study on him this year. However, last year’s tape shows a disruptive defender who can make plays in the offensive backfield. The Dallas Cowboys could use this type of player along their defensive line.

22. Oakland Raiders- Chukwuma Okorafor, OT, Western Michigan

Donald Penn’s contract situation remains unresolved which is something the Oakland Raiders need to monitor. They have a lot invested in Derek Carr and need to ensure he’s properly protected. If the team can’t come to an agreement with Penn then they could target someone like Chukwuma Okoafor in the 2018 Draft.

23. Cleveland Browns (via Hou)- Deon Cain, WR, Clemson

Earlier in this mock draft the Browns landed their potential franchise quarterback and now give him some help. Deon Cain is an explosive athlete who can take the top off a defense. He is quickly developing as a route runner and becoming more of a complete receiver.

24. Detroit Lions- Sam Hubbard, Edge, Ohio State

The Detroit Lions are in need of another pass rusher to help Ziggy Ansah. Sam Hubbard is a good athlete who plays with a non-stop motor. He is someone who will get after the quarterback and set the edge against the run.

His addition would pull some double teams away from Ansah and help boost the Lions overall defensive pressure.
