There are a handful of teams in the NFL that can already forget about making the playoffs this year. For the fans of those teams it’s time to already look at next year’s NFL Free Agents.

In a recent article, ESPN’s Kevin Seifert released his top-20 potential 2018 NFL Free Agents. The article featured several high-profile players that could potentially change teams. However, several of the players on the list are also Franchise Tag Candidates.

This article is going to take a look at those potential free agents and where they could land if they change teams. For the sake of this little exercise, I’m going make it prediction with the idea that none of the players receive the franchise tag.

There are multiple players on this list that could have a franchise altering effect. The quarterback position is especially interesting with Kirk Cousins, Jimmy Garoppolo, Drew Brees, Sam Bradford and Teddy Bridgewater on the list.

Brees leaving the Saints would be a major shock, but it’s possible that the franchise is looking for a fresh start. The Vikings have an interesting decision to make an whether to move forward with Bradford or Bridgewater. It’s unlikely they allow both quarterbacks to leave via free agency.
