17. Washington Redskins

Kirk Cousins and the Washington Redskins nearly knocked off one of the hottest teams in the league this past week. However, the New Orleans Saints showed their resiliency by pulling off a late win in overtime win. The Redskins remain a solid team that are just a few pieces away.

18. Dallas Cowboys

The wheels have completely fallen off the Dallas Cowboys wagon. They are a very different team when Ezekiel Elliott is out of the lineup. It also doesn’t help that their owner is locked in a major battle with the league.

19. Detroit Lions

Detroit squeaked out a win against the Chicago Bears that has kept their playoff hopes alive. At this point they are fighting for a Wildcard spot thanks to the Vikings basically running away with the division.

20. Seattle Seahawks

The loss to the Atlanta Falcons last night was a tough pill to swallow. Atlanta is one of the teams that the Seahawks are battling for a Wildcard spot. It’s obvious that the injuries in the secondary are starting to take their toll.

21. Los Angeles Chargers

The Chargers are heavily in the mix to win the AFC West and are playing the best out of any team in the division. It’s their defense that has really stepped their play as of late and provided balanced to the team’s attack.

22. Tennessee Titans

Tennessee needs Marcus Mariota to get on track and finish the season on a strong note. They have a legitimate shot at earning a playoff berth. However, the Titans won’t survive if Mariota continues to turn the ball over at a high rate.

23. Atlanta Falcons

It’s never easy to go on the road and beat the Seattle Seahawks. Last night’s win was huge for the Atlanta Falcons and puts them in good position to earn a Wildcard spot. This a dangerous team that nobody will want to face in the playoffs.

24. Carolina Panthers

The Panthers are hitting their stride at the right time and welcome back Greg Olsen this week. Olsen is an underrated part of this offense and has been Cam Newton’s favorite target for the past several years. His return could help take this offense to the next level.
