25. Buffalo Bills (via KC)- Tremaine Edmunds, LB, Virigina Tech

This mock draft really beefs up the talent on Buffalo’s defense. The early pick of Derrick Nnadi serves as a space eater while this pick gives them a playmaker at linebacker. Tremaine Edmunds is a terrific athlete who is always in attack mode.

26. Jacksonville Jaguars- Mason Rudolph, QB, Oklahoma State

Jacksonville finds themselves in good position to earn a playoff berth. This has been despite the average play of Blake Bortles. Jacksonville has built a sound roster that looks capable of competing for several years. This is why grabbing a quarterback like Mason Rudolph makes sense as a long-term replacement for Bortles.

27. Los Angeles Rams- Darius Phillips, CB, Western Michigan

More from With the First Pick

Darius Phillips is an underrated cornerback prospect who deserves to be in the 1st round mix. He features the size, athleticism and balls skills defensive coordinators covet in a cornerback. Phillips would give the Rams a replacement for Trumaine Johnson who figures to leave via free agency.

28. New Orleans Saints- Christian Kirk, WR, Texas A&M

The Saints have become a run first team, but the passing game will always be key with Drew Brees under center. Michael Thomas is the Saints big-bodied receiver, but they need someone who can work the underneath routes. Christian Kirk is a dynamic athlete capable of turning a short pass into a big gain.

29. Minnesota Vikings- Christian Wilkins, DL, Clemson

Minnesota’s bread and butter is their defense so adding more talent to that group isn’t out of the question. Christian Wilkins is a versatile defensive lineman who makes his living in the offensive backfield.

30. Pittsburgh Steelers- Ronnie Harrison, S, Alabama

Mike Mitchell has had a solid career with the Pittsburgh Steelers, but he is starting to show signs of slowing down. Ronnie Harrison would be a cheaper and younger replacement for the veteran. Harrison is well rounded player who can support the run and hold up in coverage.

31. New England Patriots- Uchenna Nwosu, LB/Edge, USC

New England needs help at the linebacker position and with their pass rush. Uchenna Nwosu is someone capable of helping in both areas. He is someone who is physical at the point of attack and does a good setting the edge.

He also has the quickness needed to generate pressure from as either a traditional pass rusher or blitzer.

32. Philadelphia Eagles- Courtland Sutton, WR, SMU

Alshon Jeffery has started to play a little better lately, but it’s hard to imagine the Eagles meeting what will be his asking price. Cortland Sutton is an intriguing option who features excellent size and speed. He’s a big-play threat who needs to show a little more consistency.
