9. Miami Dolphins

This has been a lost season for the Miami Dolphins, but they are getting a look at some younger players. They have gotten solid play from running backs Kenyan Drake and Damien Williams after the Jay Ajayi trade. The big question is what they do at quarterback moving forward.

10. Arizona Cardinals

Bruce Arians is doing a solid job with a team that has been decimated by injury. They solid play of Blaine Gabbert is a perfect example of how Arians is able to get the most out of a quarterback. Unfortunately, this team just doesn’t have enough overall talent to compete.

11. Washington Redskins

The loss to the Dallas Cowboys was embarrassing and shutdown the Redskins small playoff hopes. This team just never looked right after the offseason drama surrounding Kirk Cousins and the General Manager situation.

12. Detroit Lions

It’ll be interesting to see how Matthew Stafford is able to recover with his wrist injury. He has really taken a beaten all season long and it might finally catchup to him.

13. New York Jets

More from With the First Pick

Josh McCown and Todd Bowles deserve to be in the discussion for some postseason awards. They have done a great job getting the most out of a team that doesn’t have much overall talent. Look for offensive coordinator John Morton to get some head coaching interviews.

14. Cincinnati Bengals

Until last night’s loss, the Cincinnati Bengals actually had a chance of sneaking into the playoffs. It’s seems to be just another loss in a pressure situation for Andy Dalton and Marvin Lewis.

15. Buffalo Bills (via KC)

It’s amazing to see how quickly the Kansas City Chiefs have fallen apart. Their collapse has been good news for the Bills who own this pick from the Patrick Mahomes trade. On a side note, we could see Mahomes get some action if the Chiefs continue to slide.

16. Buffalo Bills

Buffalo is still in the playoff hunt, but might need Nate Peterman to grow up in a hurry if Tyrod Taylor isn’t able to take the field. The last time Peterman got a start it was really ugly.
