9. Denver Broncos

Denver’s win this past weekend could have very well saved the job of Head Coach Vance Joseph. However, this is still a team with major question marks and without direction at the quarterback position.

10. Cincinnati Bengals

The Bengals looked terrible against the Chicago Bears which is just another sign that major changes are needed. It’s time for this franchise to move on from both Marvin Lewis and Andy Dalton. This is still at talented roster capable of quickly getting back into the playoff hunt.

11. Miami Dolphins

Despite their upset win against the New England Patriots, the Miami Dolphins remain a team in flux. They have no clear direction at the quarterback position and face some tough roster decisions in the offseason.

12. Washington Redskins

The pressure is starting to pick up again now that the Redskins are out of the playoff hunt. This franchise needs to make a decision on Kirk Cousins. It’s possible that there is just too much bad blood for a long-term deal to get worked out.

13. Arizona Cardinals

Arizona got another ugly win which again highlights the ability of this coaching staff. The Cardinals offensive performances are tough to watch but the defense continues to show up.

14. Oakland Raiders

The Raiders inability to live up to expectations might start some issues in the locker room. It’s not out of the question that a poor finish could put Jack Del Rio on the hot seat. There is too much talent on this roster for the team to be performing so poorly.

15. Tennessee Titans

Marcus Mariota’s development has come to a screeching halt. He just doesn’t look comfortable in the pocket and is making terrible decisions. It’s time to start wondering if his college success was more about the system than the player.

16. Buffalo Bills

As fun as the snow game was to watch, the Buffalo Bills are lucky they got out of that game with a win. It would’ve been a major disappointment to see their playoff hopes lost because of some crazy weather.
