17. Detroit Lions

The NFC Playoff race is extremely tight and the Detroit Lions might find themselves on the outside looking in. They are in a position where even a single loss could drop them completely out of the race. Luckily, this is a team that has performed well in pressure situations.

18. Dallas Cowboys

The Cowboys need to thank Dak Prescott for keeping their playoff hopes alive. He has played well the past two weeks which has led to huge wins. Dallas could be a dangerous team if they make the playoffs—especially with Ezekiel Elliot slated to return.

19. Green Packers

Brett Hundley has done enough to keep the Packers in the playoff race. This has created a situation where we could see Aaron Rodgers back in the lineup. Green Bay is another team that would be very dangerous if they were able to slip into the playoffs.

20. Atlanta Falcons

The NFC South is the best division in the NFL and could land three teams in the playoffs. Atlanta finds itself in crunch time and may have to win out in order to grab one of the few playoff spots.

21. Buffalo Bills (via KC)

Kansas City kept their playoff hopes alive with a win against the Oakland Raiders. It was nice to see Kareem Hunt get a heavy workload. Hopefully it’s something Andy Reid continues to do down the stretch.

22. Baltimore Ravens

Baltimore’s loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers this past week was a tough pill to swallow. They not only blew a lead, but hurt their chances at making the playoffs. It’s also never fun to lose to a division rival.

23. Seattle Seahawks

The Seahawks have a tough slate ahead as they try to hang onto a playoff spot. They will face the Los Angeles Rams, Dallas Cowboys and Arizona Cardinals down the stretch. The pressure will continue to be on the arm of Russell Wilson.

24. Carolina Panthers

Carolina’s win against the Minnesota Vikings was a statement game. They showed the rest of the NFC that they are a team capable of making a Super Bowl run. The biggest development for this team is that Cam Newton is playing at a very high level.
