The NFL schedule changes a little this weekend with two games taking plays on Saturday. This creates a some pressure for those fantasy football owners still in the playoffs.

This weekend features two Saturday games with the Chicago Bears taking on the Detroit Lions and the Los Angeles Chargers traveling to Kansas City. The adjusted schedule could potentially create some tough situation for Fantasy Football players.

Most fantasy football leagues are into the playoffs which magnifies each decision. Owners will now be forced to make a lineup choice a day earlier for the players they have playing on Saturday.

It’s possible that an owner has a player listed as questionable for Sunday and is forced to start someone on Saturday. These type of decisions could mean the difference between advancing in the playoffs or seeing your season end.

The best possible advice is to play your studs and not make major roster changes based on a questionable injury designation. This means guys like Jordan Howard, Melvin Gordon and Keenan Allen should be in your lineup.

However, Kareem Hunt is someone that could cause a lot of headaches. It’s difficult to tell if last week was him getting back on track or just an anomaly.

The matchup between the Chargers vs. the Chiefs is a must win game for both teams. They are both in the thick of the playoff race as far as earning a berth and even seeding. The Lions are still in the playoff hunt so they are looking to avoid an upset to the Chicago Bears.

Good luck to those fantasy football owners still alive in the playoffs. The decisions this weekend don’t promise to be easy.
